Reading with interest in one of the UK’s national papers a man from Wales was fined £2000 for using an electronic collar on his dog.The same ban is not in force in England, Scotland or Ireland.
The article contained the views of dog behaviour specialists who were in agreement that in ‘special circumstances’ the collars have a place but not in the hands of the untrained professional.
